Prabha utilizes her experience and expertise to secure economic development incentives for public infrastructure through Public Improvement Districts (PIDs), Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZ/TIF Financing), Chapter 380/381 economic development grants, Municipal Management Districts (MMDs) and other special districts. Other areas of expertise include Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing, and assisting in Historic Tax Credits (HTC) to support master planned private re-development projects. Prabha also does routine work involving zoning, annexations and CCN issues related to water and sewer service.Prabha was the lead attorney on cases which have led to (1) the closing of PID bonds and financing through reimbursement agreements and TIFs totaling over $550 MM; (2) the closing of PACE financing totaling approximately $120 MM; and (3) assisting in the securing of Historic Tax Credits totaling approximately $114 MM.
