Team Size 10 - 25.Roles and Responsibilities handledAn Insight:I have been involved with the development and implementation of eBBS since early 2003. I have been involved in more than 10 countries implementation out of the 33 countries where the system is live in production today. I have handled various roles starting off from requirements walkthrough to design solutioning, development, implementation to post production support until the system is handed over to BAU mode (Business As Usual).Have also had onsite exposure in various implementations supporting User acceptance testing during project implementation mode to ensure there is a better co-ordination between business users and the implementation team.; Currently working on Application upgrade for high volume countries where the application is being migrated to the latest version of application software to cater to the requirements of high volume countries. Responsibilities include planning development items, tracking against planning, capacity planning for the team, status reporting etc. Managing a 15 member team directly.

Worked on application improvements for high volume countries to cater to country's requirements on performance owing to high volume. Responsibilities include gather statistics from appiication on response timing and SLA and tuning application code for better response timings and batch run timings. Also additional shadow responsibility of playing a development manager role for 1.5 years over the last 3 projects. These projects are high visibility projects where I was given an opportunity to perform the Development Manager role where I had taken care of development planning, tracking against plan, capacity planning for the team, status updates to management etc. Worked on change management project and handled the AFRICA region with a 6 member team. Responsbilities include handing application changes for new business requirement, setting up new branches for country business expansion etc. Worked on Africa Production system support for a 6 month period and handled production issues with a 4 member team. Reduced the daily incoming tickets inflow to single digit within a short span of 6 months. Managed a team of 20 people and leading the implementation of eBBS project in India; . Responsibilities include FS walkthrough, FS group review, Design review, managing the development and training for the team including retrofits of BAU fixes into the current version. Managed a team of 15 people and leading the implementation of eBBS project in Indonesia (Jan 2006 to March 2007). Responsibility includes FS walkthrough, translating the requirements into technical specification, technical specification walk through for developers, development, Code review, Testing support and implementation support. Also manage retrofits of BAU country fixes into the current implementation version.

Managed a team of 5 people, participating in design walkthrough, guiding developers, code review and testing support. EBBS was implemented; this phase. Also was involved in the retrofits of parallel development versions to form the baseline version for the above country rollouts.
