Prabha Krishna is a Licensed Heal Your Life Registered Workshop Leader and serves as the Director, Senior Yoga Therapist, and Lifestyle Consultant at Yogabharati Foundation, a prominent Indian yoga organization( link) With a passion for healing and transforming lives, she conducts various wellness events, training programs, and workshops both online and in-person.Holding an ERYT200 and YACEP international certification, Prabha not only teaches yoga but also mentors individuals aspiring to become certified yoga trainers. A certified Yoga Anatomy Trainer, she brings over 21 years of teaching experience in research-based therapeutic yoga, specializing in the treatment of pelvic instability, sacroiliac dysfunction, shoulder and neck pain, joint instability, pregnancy-related health conditions, and more. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, allowing her to approach wellness with a comprehensive and scientific mindset.In addition to her yoga expertise, Prabha  has completed holistic nutrition courses and Traditional Chinese Medicine training, integrating these ancient healing modalities into personalized lifestyle consultations for her clients. Her commitment to inclusivity and community is further demonstrated through her role as a passionate mythology storyteller, where she works closely with children imparting values to them .
