The role of an SDS EMEA Team Leader is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the SDS EMEA team during European hours. The main responsibility is to be the point of escalation & to ensure that service level agreements are met while adhering to team procedures & Compliance policies. SDS is the central hierarchy counterparty database for Barclays, maintaining core customer details and legal hierarchies. In addition, SDS holds trading & settlement holiday calendars, currencies & country information. The team will cover new account & maintenance requests, ad hoc projects, checking & database reporting. SDS (Share data services) is an Upstream system, SDS will cover New Legal entities, Asset back securities and Principle legal entities validated through the Registries, Dun and Broad street, Orbis, Swift sites SDS Team will work closely with the Credit Risk Team also adding maps and change the parent entity for Sub accounts Additional role of an SDS EMEA Team leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workflow team during European hours.
