Edible oil packing- Brand- "Fortune"•Handling edible oil packing unit (Including 15 filling lines, Tin manufacturing and PET moulding).•Responsibility for overall production, production planning, product quality, food safety standards (ISO, AIB, FSSC etc), controlling materials waste, machine maintenance, month-end audit and Shift Handling. •Lead overall multifunctional team to increase productivity. Increased productivity by proper planning, reducing downtime and machine breakdowns. •Developing standard ways of working and processes across packing section. Carried out packaging trails to identify suitable packaging materials and cost saving.•Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure material management, quality management, manpower management for on-time delivery of product.•Supporting in technical activities in related to cost saving, packing and quality improvement with manager. Ensure safe working procedures and practices are followed at all times.

Responsibilities were to :Supervise coordinates activities of workers engaged in producing Milk products - milk (ESL milk), different types of curd.Monitor and control SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) application with PLC and HMI to operate the automation plant.Encourage and lead a production team of supervisors, operators and floor workers to produce targeted production quantity and to maintain proper plant activities on daily basis. Train all workers to adhere SOP, GHP, GMP and safety awareness.Direct & coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, plant activities, like receiving of milk, storage of milk, processing and packing and maintaining facilities equipment.Direct workers in receiving and testing milk and curd in operations, like pasteurizing, Packing, Incubating, Blasting, cooling and storing dairy productsConduct experiments in such problems as preventing bacterial increase in milk during process handling, improving pasteurization methods and better packaging materials, dairy equipment and ensuring proper CIP of machines and silos. Apply principles of engineering and economics to develop new improved methods in processing, packing, preservation, and utilization of milk.Plan, develops procedures and practices for operation of milk and curd processing for making sure compliance with company standards (SOP). Involve in ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP, auditing and documentation work.Inspect facilities and equipment to make sure compliance with sanitation standards, and to define maintenance repair requirements. Prepare and maintain plant activity reports for evaluation by management.

Trained in milk and powder processing line where all processing techniques takes place viz. pasteurization, spray drying, evaporation, homogenization, separation and packaging etc... Got clear idea about various processing involved in manufacturing of different types of milk, curd and milk powder.Enhanced my knowledge on marketing techniques, learned needs of marketing in food industry (Dairy industry). Familiarized with marketing analysis procedures.

Enhanced my knowledge on various processing techniques, familiarized with the wide range of equipments employed and cleaning procedures undertaken. Found issues faced during spray drying process, explored various solutions for the problems and presented them to the management team with the associated cost benefits. Involved in the quality analysis of all raw materials and finished products and ensuring that they comply with the current regulatory standards.Conducted quality check on line in the factory floor during manufacturing and packaging stages.
