Joined Malladi as Assistant Production Manager and has worked in all their plants at various locations. Elevated through various positions and is currently working as General Manager (Corporate). Involved in many new projects, plant revampings, upgradations, cost improvement initiatives, cGMP implemetation, productivity enhancement, new products, scale up.

I was the Unit Head of our tirupathi plant, which was in doldrums when I took charge. Stramlined the opeartions, HSe issues, local dynamics and community issues,etc. Built the team of high achievers from the scratch. The plant was scaling new heights on a regular basis wiht improvement s all over. IO was responsible for production, proejcts, HSE, HR, Ir.

As DGM I was heading the manufacturing activites of two units at Ranipet. I was responsible for prodcution, proejcts, Hr, Admin, HSE, and materials. I led the Units through the US FDA audit and Australian TGA audit for GMP complaince. I build the team of youngesters.

As CM ( Production), I was responsible for teh production planning, and delivery. I had to co-ordinate wiht Maintenace, proejcts, HSE and report to the unit head on all manufacturing activites - other than HR and Admin.

I was head of a small plant making a starting material Benzaldehyde, by chlorination route ( from toluene).The plant was in a very bad shape - i took up the challenge and turned it around. I was responsible for overall manufacturing activites of teh plant, reporting to the ED.

Was working in the project and commissioning stage of the Oxo alcohol project. Was in-charge of Syngasd plant erection and commisioning. Worked with many agencies like Davy-Mckee London, Davy Powergas, Petron, Lloyd insulations, Thermax, Worthington, Paharpur, PSA Limited, Airoil Flare gas,...

Shift in charge, technical services. Viscose staple fibre plant with eight sections spreading across a km long and multi floored plant.
