Leading Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets & closely working with all departments.

Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing. Develop, Coach and Motivate Sales & Marketing team. Frequently visiting resort for reports and meetings. Prepare annual Sales & Marketing budget. Set goals; develop working plans to carry out such goals; regularly compare achievements against goals. To provide leadership in all selling activities within the resort; working closely with rooms, Food & Beverages and other revenue generating departments. Maximize sales & generate revenues through Sales & Marketing team. Represent resort at travel & trade fairs in Asia & Europe.

Per-opening team of resort & directly reporting to Managing Director.Assist in the preparation of the Sales & Marketing Budget. Go for regular sales calls & business meeting with various corporate/business organizations, Travel Companies, DMCs, Airlines, Embassies & etc. Work closely with IT professionals, advertisement agencies & media people for resort marketing & promotion. Represent resort at travel & trade fairs in Asia & Europe.

Work in Commercial Department in close cooperation with Sales & Marketing teams to achieve targets. Develop marketing plans & sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals & profitability. Regular sales calls; seek out new business opportunities to increase revenue.Develop & maintain effective customer relationship management, promoting brand deliverable & image.Recommend improvements or changes that will build customer loyalty & ensure continued repeat business. New business venture with overseas partners and work for the appoint of new Offline & Online GSA in respective regions. Manage & assist the GSA team by providing timely updates about new schemes. Review & monitor their performance. Set targets for travel agencies & corporate; appraise, evaluate & validate their performance.

Assist & guide Sales & Marketing as well as operation teams; Working together with web master regarding official website, news letter, posting blogs & other various internet marketing; Develop as well as design new products & upload them in website; Business correspondence; Attend travel & trade fairs for Marketing & Promotion of companies. Rate negotiation with various vendors including hotels & resorts.

Responsible for regular business correspondence. Looking after marketing & product development section in the company. Similarly, I keep regular communication with new and our existing agents by providing them all relevant information, promotional materials & tariffs. As regular office job my duty is also to assist officers & executives in their daily work plus make marketing plans and successfully implement them. Use effective marketing channels to generate sales. Apart from these I attend various travel and trade fair for business promotions.Have an operational knowledge of handling & dealing with clients. Do briefing about programs plus facilitate them with their queries.
