2014 was the year when I started to explore the web. I was really interested how does a website functions. Firstly I tested basic tools like: HTML, CSS and it was like: Oh, I can do it and then i started working with more advance tools like: PHP, MySQL, JAVA, Mobile Apps (Android, iPhone/iPad, BlackBerry), basic Javascript and jQuery based web applications. In order to expand my skills further I step-in to the Business Analysis world. This is really amazing to be here with Technical back. I started practice of enabling change in an enterprise by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.Currently, I as a Project Consultant, enabling an enterprise to articulate needs and the rationale for change, and to design and describe solutions that can deliver value.I am responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from a variety of sources within an enterprise, including tools, processes, documentation.I play a role in aligning the design and deliver solutions with the needs of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Study the current state of the processes. -Preparation of AS-IS and TO-BE.- Interacting with the client for requirement gathering, designing and reporting.- Bridging the gap in domain understanding between the client and technical team. - Coordinating with the stakeholders to translate their business requirements into actual project plan.- Creating Detailed Requirement Design Documents (DRD).- Creating Use Cases, User Interface Designs, Report Specifications, Print Specifications and System to System Interfaces.- Data Element Mapping and creating of Business Rules.- Preparing test scenarios. - Creating Change Request Documents.- Analyzing the change request and coordinating the changes required with the development team.- Preparing different reports like: Signoff report, Root Cause Analysis Report
