Current• Management and Maintenance of LAN Network of around 150 Nodes• Responsible for the configuration and management of Cisco Router(2600 Series)• To Manage and maintain the Cyberoam 100ING, UNTANGLE PROXY firewall• To implement the various Website proxy rules and Mac binding with IP Address of user to authenticate• Supplied technical support for more than 120 internal and external network users on my network• Configuration and management of Digium SwitchVox (IP PBX)• Arrangement of the Connectivity & Technical Support for Video Conference over the Life-size Device, Chrome Box• Installation of new Polycom IP Phones 335 and Filtering of their MAC addresses on Switches• Management of Vendors & Inventory Management Software SaManage(Cloud based software) • Interaction with vendors for Maintaining and Supporting the Equipment• Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades & monitoring network performance• Responsible for regularly auditing company equipment inventory and adjusting depreciation schedule• Responsible for doing a complete inventory of all assets prior to going public and asset tracking system for equipment that employees were allowed to take home• Providing the Technical Support on Windows OS , MAC OS , MAC Mini , i-mac, Mac-book Pro• Responsible for installation and configuration of RFID (Avea) devices on Turnstiles
