CurrentJob profile Team Handling Executive Sourcing (Recruiter)Needs to achieve monthly targets.Handling vendor management Sourcing the resumes from various job sites based upon the skill sets.Recruitment: Screening and short-listing the candidates.Recruitment of senior, mid and junior level profiles across various verticals.Understanding clients industry, key businesses, and organization structure and people culture.Conducting job analysis, job evaluation and sourcing suitable candidate profiles.Coordinating with the client for their requirements & ensuring timely and quality recruitment to them.Initial screening of resumes and matching profiles as per the requirements. & matching with reference to Educational Qualification, Total Experience, Relevant Skill sets, Communication skills, Team Compatibility & Stability.Identifying the potential candidate and scheduling his/her interview with clients.Coordinating with clients for the interview rounds.End to end client relationship management.Maintaining good rapport with the client to ensure that full and proper service has been delivered.Schedule interviews, co-coordinate with the shortlisted candidates for next levels of interviews till closure.Building and maintaining relationships with Candidates on a continual basis through a high volume of phone, e-mailRegular follow ups with offered candidate till on boarding.Maintaining tracker & Manage and maintain a recruiting database.
