I am a member of BTCR (Breakthrough Cost Reduction) team, where we secured 40 MINR saving in the year 2022-23.I helped organization to improve the customer satisfaction by resolving the critical customer concerns. I helped in resolving 18 critical concerns, which improves the straight pass by 2.3%.Apart from above regular responsibilities, I also impart training on Lean Six Sigma and PPAP.
