5 years experience as TWS Administrator and UC4 scheduling.Roles & Responsibilities as TWS Administrator. Installing TWS in Windows, Linux/Unix systems. Performing Upgrade from 9.4.x to Latest version available & Applying Fix pack. Troubleshooting Jnext plan issue and Monitoring Jnext Plan. Troubleshooting all TWS Failed jobs. Planning for outages on Production machines by coordinating directly with the market and alternatively schedule jobs to execute in advance or postpone job execution as requested by the market. Providing permission for all users based on their roles. Maintaining Batch jobs for different Business applications like Global Trading, Business Intelligence Reporting, Portfolio Asset Management etc. Creating production schedules to meet customer requirements and operational guidelines. Modifying job names according to account naming standards and check if it’s feasible to schedule the job as requested by user by checking its predecessor or any other dependencies specified. Creating and executing the jobs in Dev/RTE environment before scheduling the jobs on QA and Prod environment. Preparing report on the completion of daily and monthly production schedules and tasks timely manner without any issues. Responding to user requests on performing the operator level activities like holding, releasing, submitting and/or rerunning jobs/Jobs stream.Roles & Responsibilities as UC4 Scheduling. Troubleshoot technical issues associated with Automic UC4 which includes : Troubleshoot technical issues associated with Automic UC4 which includes  DLR /WDW outage, VM Patching. Set Breakpoint and Remove Breakpoint Stop Queue and start of Queues,  Go Immediately, Skip Task, Execute Job, Restart Job and job processes. Checking for Agents, long running and ABEND jobs. Removing Agents from Agent Groups Ignoring Queue limit and Change in job path Time change in job and job process Set job to Active and In Active Adding New User
