1)Provide support to the 200-250 clients of the business centre as an IT EXCUTIVE.2)Providing door access control to the client to their respective suites and providing extra access cards.3)Installation of network printers to the suites to their respective client suites.4)Configuration and management of the switch(CISCO,HP) to the respective suites as per the requirement.5)Labeling of cable so that understanding of cable to the their suites if make noise and making more distance replacement of that cable with the new one.6)Management of rack so that wiring of lan,Airtel copper cable,internet cable of spectra,triple play and airtel and other clients cable to their respective suites and it looks good.7)Maintainance of the lease line LSI NO on the Online portal so that the way of billing were continue and dosent interrupt service and making complain on the online portal so that the issue will resolve shortly asap. 8)Installation and maintainance of EPBX so that the calling system will run in the smooth way and also providing extension no their clients and providing extension no inside the business centre like pantry reception,IT etc

1)Providing support to the internal/External(onsite) employee related to their hardware/software issue.2).If onsite employee directly reported to the company related to their laptop not working or it making problem to them.3)Looking for internet problem inside the office if its not working or internet running slow at the current time.4)Providing support to the employee working as 3rd party in Airtel(Honda chowk,Atlas chowk,Manesar,Haryana) Delta Electronics Sec34,Gurgaon,Haryana.5)Looking into the problem of printer(printer roller,cartridge) and configuration of printer into the employee system.6)Looking for the hardware internal problem of the employee like harddisk,keyboard,mouse,or motherboard problem.
