I have worked on various aspects of Hotel operations including Client engagement, operations and process improvement, project management, organizational development and general maintenance and upkeep of the building and various equipment. I have worked with various teams towards the improvement of processes aimed towards providing the best in class service to the clients and guests of the hotel, while also ensuring the optimal use of resources which included the energy consumption. Apart from this, budget planning, manpower scheduling and vendor liaison was also a part of my responsibilities. I also took keen interest in organisational development through on the job and classroom training sessions to all the associates of the hotel.
