Leaded transformation project which includes strategic planning , scheduling of several waves of move groups , defining milestones , aligning move groups with business dependencies as well as requirements from different technical towers to achieve the common goal of successful migration and transformation within allocated budget and agreed timelines. I was accountable for driving end to end migration of a data center in France which includes vlan migration, rehosting /relaunching several virtual/pgysical servers, monolithic AIX environment , Oracle ,SAP , Hana Database along with critical financial application . This was a transformation project for future mode of operations for Mercedes where I worked for Infosys as partner vendor from Forraysoft.

• Accountable for end user services and infra team of total 42 engineers which includes SRE, DBA, Systems and IAM engineers for delivering projects in agreed time lines and budget specification. • Creating roadmap and strategy for automation and growth plan for engineers, architecting and governance of IAM and CIAM, user lifecycle management (B2B & B2C) , onboarding /offboarding users lifecycle management.• Promote adaptation of cloud native tools, evaluate & purchase new IT hardware and applications for business.• Liaise with customers and senior management for quarterly goals, sprint reviews, meta scrums, project design and development scope, reviewing and renewing AMC, Asset management, vendor management for India datacenter.• Driving KTLO initiatives following Agile and DevOps methodologies.• Some of recent major projects are implementing least privilege access model, DFS data migration of different business units to team drive and SharePoint, Rapid scan security vulnerability fix for endpoints standardization across organization, Implementing Cloud management gateway to facilitate software deployment and patching of endpoints for facilitating WFH, on-premises user/device sync with azure AD, Azure IAM, CMG implementation, SAML application integration with OKTA, zero trust with Banyan, Password less authentication, automation with Grafana Dashboards.

• Architecting and leading active directory forest/domain migration for one of the renowned banks from Scotland at MICROSOFT as partner vendor from Zen3. • Leading a team of 13 consultants and client side engineers for performing assessment of gap analysis of the current environment for preparing long term CIAM solution, Architecting Active directory domain migration along legacy application to azure, • Architecting SSO implementation with Azure, SAML, OAuth 2.0 , architecting role based access control and policy creation, CyberArk password vaults , lotus notes migration ,file server migration, • Preparation & Review of SOW (Scope of Work), HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low level design), TSDD (technical solution design documentation) for application and domain migration to strategic domains, SOE (Sequence of events) for migrations, SOPs for BAU, Business impact risk assessment, Operational Risk in Banking Identification Tool (ORBIT), Information security business impact assessment (ISBIA), contingency and mitigation plans.

• Responsible for leading Governance of of 80 active directory domains and azure AD, Identity and access management, CIAM , compliance auditing and security standardization and managing a team of 15 SMEs• Leading automation drives, reviewing licensing, maintain risk register, conducting training sessions, reviewing and providing architectural solutions, project scoping and mentoring a team of SMEs• Architecting Planning and implementing service improvement programs,• Maintain and manage SLA for incident, service requests, RCA and ensure timely delivery of project within budget, track and review different metrics of operations as per KPI. • Taking care of final level of Technical Escalations from operations and leading SRT with Account lead engineers and deliver operation managers to deliver excellence in infrastructure service delivery. • Some of the major projects are, architecting and implementation of OKTA ,SAML integration of multiple application, implementing cloud native tools, BCR audits, strategic planning to fix security vulnerable areas, Remediation for ADRAP, azure migration, provisioning just in time access with Azure, Azure migration, Aad connect delta sync for azure.
