Responsibilities• Coordinate project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and stakeholder management.• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.• Oversee and coordinate work performed by external contractors.• Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management.• Management of in-house Engineering CPQ and MS Dynamics365 CRM & Field Service (including continual improvement and updates). • Support Sales & Operations departments by continually implementing automation techniques relevant to product in view of improving efficiencies.Key Achievements• Design Automation & Engineering CPQ Implementation –for pumping systems (such as Stormwater, Sewerage, Water Pressure Booster, Rainwater Re-use, Food & Oil Interceptor, Undersink, Fire Hydrant/Sprinkler Pressure Booster Systems, etc.)• PDM (Product Data Management) Implementation• CAD Migration (SolidWorks Deployment)

Responsibilities• Utilisation of ERP system to manage aftermarket projects, upgrade proposals, BOO (Bill of Operations) and BOM (Bill of Materials).• Prepare a detailed quotation consisting of component inspection, service strip & assessment and costs including spare parts, component repair and service & labour.• Prepare rebuild reports illustrating the service repair and providing root cause failure analysis.• Assist the aftermarket service manager with resource management and service quality control.• Generate and analyse order intake, sales backlog, sales gross margin and production detail reports/forecast on monthly basis for opportunities and P&L.• Develop strong relationships with customers and within the organisation to facilitate problem solving and issue resolution.Key Achievements• Instrumental in improving the OTP from 65.5% to >85% for the Service & Aftermarket projects.• Collaborated with Global Aftermarket team to reduce cycle times to produce inspection reports from 6.5 weeks to <2 weeks through Lean transformation.• Achieved Green Belt - Lean Six Sigma certification from IASSC post completion of the 2 continuous improvement projects.
