Onboarded as a full time Sr Lead analyst; spearheading various new population management technology initiatives. Worked as the lead in the development of Depression/Mental Health screening carepath, which tracks more than approx. 350k NCal members. These members are very closely tracked by clinician’s via PROMPT in Health Connect, based on current HEDIS guidelines. The development and rollout of this carepath has been quite a highlight and a leap forward in the Mental Health initiatives at KP.Spearheaded the development and launch of a software designed to streamline identification, and manage treatment for patients with depression, leading to improved outcomes. ~Launched an electronic tracking tool in the Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to surveil 15,000+ cardiovascular aneurysm patients and improve operational workflows.~Developed a new system used to track thousands of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms. ~Identified key technical requirements for a population management tool currently used by thousands of physicians and clinical teams in 21 hospitals to track COVID positive patients.

Work in the Technology group for Kaiser Permanente - designing and implementing population management technology solutions to address complex clinical issues and improve outcomes for 4 million patients.Worked on various enhancements on terminal disease care paths such as Breast cancer, HBA1C, Statin, colorectal cancer, Abdominal Aortic aneurysm, cervical cancer. Tracking the N-Cal Kaiser members for their regular screenings and follow-ups. While designing in-reach views solutions for the Kaiser Doctors and Nurses.Created a new Aortic Aneurysms carepath, used to track a million patients with vascular aneurysms.Worked on eliciting technical requirements, to implementing domain specific language code and performing rigorous testing to test the code.Identified technical requirements for a population management tool currently used by thousands of physicians and clinical teams in 21 hospitals to track COVID positive patients and has resulted in ~500k patient touches.
