Job Responsibilities:• Field retention visits to the churn threat accounts for the Chandigarh Zone.• Handling the entire Arc’s of Punjab Region regarding resumption cases and corporate plans.• Handling Retentions for High Revenue Corporate.• Handling all Escalated Complaints and ensuring Resolution to customer’s by coordinating with all Cross Functional Departments.• HNI retention (High Net worth Individuals).• Coordinating with a team of 7 CRE’s in respective zones of Punjab for corporate retention.• Multi department co-ordination to ensure Customer Satisfaction & Delight within the stipulated SLA’s.• To provide regular and effective brand visibility to the different companies both in terms of product PR and Corporate PR.
