Visting branches educating the Branch Managers & Sales team regarding products and monitoring them on daily basis to achieve their monthly targetsDoing credit verifications of high volumes and writing CAMS for the same and recommending the proposals to head office for sanction.Monitoring the SBND proposals in raising Payment Request ’s immediately to maintain TAT and to give good service to our customersMonitoring the legal team of all branches to send the originals along with MODTs on time to Head Office to avoid risk by keeping the originals at branch level. Apart from this we also do regular monthly visits for all NPA proposals.Monitoring Collections Officers of all branches in Collecting their OD accounts like Bkt 1, Bkt 2 & Bkt 3. where ever required we will do group collection activities in collecting the over due accounts.

Going for physical verifications like business, residence, Employment and proposed property and talking to borrowers in detail to prepare CAM (Credit Analysis Memo) to recommend the proposals for sanction to H O Credit.Scrutinizing the documents provided by the customers for ensuring Compliance to all rules & regulations as well as post sanction follow up and disbursal of loanAttending registrations and verifying the documents before submission of disbursement cheque to borrowerMonitoring the branch in achieving the monthly targets assigned

Compiling MIS and forwarding the reports to Sales headScrutinizing the proposals and recommending them for sanctionAttending queries of branch visit customers and resolving them on time
