Prabhu has over 19 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and large-scale health survey expertise. He is a doctorate in Demography/Population Science from The Gandhigram Rural Institute (Deemed University). He has conceptualized, designed, developed, managed and implemented the M&E in diverse projects. He has developed and implemented databases to track the flow of information within complex, multi-layered, geographically dispersed projects , placing a specific emphasis on data quality.Established and designed the conceptual workflow for Monitoring Information System (MIS), and customized various data capture and reporting tools such as (CSPro,ODK, Dobblo ,SurveyCTO google forms etc.,).
