Capacity building and assisting NGOs to have robust MIS to do periodic data quality audits and leverage technology to ensure the real time data gathering to undertake quick research at their level to assess program performance. Provide support across the PSI India programs in the development and use of data collection tools in support of routine monthly reporting and M&E plans, including support for an online mobile and web-based M&E system. Design, implementation, Output Tracking Surveys’ at city levels and analysis of outlet surveys, including designing protocols, data collection tools and training materials for survey teams, as part of the M&E framework. Provide support across the PSI India monitoring and evaluation surveys, designing protocols, sampling approach and tools and techniques for data collection and ensure the creation of various output tables like segmentation, M&E tables, and complex multivariate analysis. Monitor and reporting programs in family planning, maternal health, child health, tuberculosis, and non-communicable diseases; estimating Health Impact of organization's work through discrete set of metrics, including DALYs and CYPs.
