The existing system is built upon servlet architecture that’s around 10 years old and needed the re-architecture of the system to provide more enhanced features.The Smart Wireless Gateway is a product owned by Emerson and this product is widely used in Oil and Gas industry. The wireless sensors communicate with Gateway and seamlessly provides the real time data. This data that displays the Pressure, Temperature and Volume that’s useful for Field Engineers to make decision on the quality of Oil that’s extracted.This system is used to improve safety, product quality and reduces environment and operating costs. CARS – Cummins Application Review System. This was an enhancement project that involved providing a major release to Cummins Sales and field personnel. The quality and Installation review module was enhanced with new auditing features for markets that included Marine and Automotive segment. The auditors and reviewers required a feature where simultaneous reviews can be done by auditors and administrators. Also, they needed to revamp the existing review questionnaire in the system due to new features introduced by the manufacturing segment of Marine. Customer Connect Portal was developed to aid the business and sales person to drive the sales effectively by introducing rewards mechanism in place based on performance. The Hitachi Data Systems(HDS) sales and marketing organization uses the Customer Connection Portal (CCP) application as their central reference customer tracking and incentive point’s management application. The main users of the application are the HDS sales representatives and the customer reference database marketing managers. This is an end-to-end application development project involving requirements elaboration, design, build, testing, implementation and support. A prototype was developed as a part of the project to depict the workflow of the application.Responsibilities:- Responsible for design and development of Web Application using JSP, Hibernate, Spring IOC and written Managed Bean Classes, Form Bean Classes and configure the Application using JSP Configuration file and implementation of log4j.- Developed complex UI behavior with responsive design features such as resizing of UI elements, dialog, table resize on resize of browser window.- Customer was very appreciative of UI transformation to responsive design and quick page load times.
