With over seven years of experience in the microfinance sector, I am a seasoned credit expert with a passion for financial inclusion and empowerment. I have a proven track record of managing and growing credit operations in Odisha, overseeing 17 branches and more than 100 staff members. As the State Business Head at Annapurna Finance, I am responsible for both sales and collection for the branches, ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and performance. I am driven by the mission of Annapurna Finance to provide access to affordable and customized financial solutions to the underserved segments of the society, especially women and rural entrepreneurs. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with different products, markets, and customers in the microfinance industry.In my current role, I leverage my skills in credit analysis, credit, and credit risk management to monitor and evaluate the credit portfolio, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement best practices and policies. I also work closely with the branch managers and the field staff to provide guidance, training, and support on credit operations and customer relations. I have successfully increased the credit disbursement, portfolio quality, and customer retention rate in Odisha, while maintaining a low delinquency rate and a high recovery rate. I have also initiated and executed several projects and initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and social impact of Annapurna Finance in the region.
