To source qualified candidates for different job requisitions using Internet research assistance, network building & researching from job boards and corresponding to Recruiting staff.• Understanding the job orders given by clients. • Screening and sourcing Resumes through active and passive sources. • Source the relevant candidates as per the client requirement by using various job portals. • Short turnaround time to source for a particular Requisition.• Experience with Job Boards like Monster, Dice. • Understanding of US education, map, visas, contracting methods. • Experience with working for several clients but not limited to IT, Non IT, Pharma, Sales, Manufacturing and Advertising Engineering. • Writing effective search strings for finding place able candidates. • Finding out new sourcing tools which would benefit the company. • Developing and maintaining an active list of available candidates• Tracking the candidates detail on spreadsheet for future openings.• Search and short-list candidates from job boards, social networks, and public and proprietary databases and also directly via search engines using different search techniques such as Boolean strings and AIRS (Advanced Internet Research Skills).• Passive Search: Search for candidates on various sites such as LinkedIn, Spoke, Jigsaw and social networking. Using advanced AIRS techniques also identify candidates through search engines.Quality check (QC) work carried out by sourcing managers and prioritize short-listed candidates, focusing on placeable candidates matching the job description.• Add short-listed candidates into client databases.
