Prabhu is an impact intrapreneur based out of New Delhi & Bengaluru, India. Currently, he works as AVP - Growth & Partnerships at Haqdarshak, an award winning assisted tech enterprise that has solved last mile access to social protection & govt welfare for more than 3 million citizens, through technology & a field network of 40,000+ women agents.He previously led the global NPO & growth partnerships for Goodera, a SaaS enabled enterprise that enables business corporations to engage their employees through volunteering & ERG engagements globally.Prabhu's initiative spanned around leading the efforts to build & maintain B2B strategic partnerships with NPOs, CSOs & multi-stakeholder partners across 45+ countries, to enable the delivery of corporate volunteering program for 100,000+ employees in virtual, hybrid & hyperlocal formats. The role was a core business role and formed the supply strategy/Ops backbone for the organization.Prior to that, he led the MashImpact Advisory in India & South Asia on ecosystem building efforts to promote CSR/Grant Advisory, Entrepreneurship Development, Tech for Good programs & Advocacy for SDGs. There he worked with non-profits & social enterprises, international development agencies, private sector and governments to facilitate multi-stakeholder programs for impact incubation, capacity building & community building for young social enterprises/non-profits. For his work on COVID recovery for youth, MASH was awarded the Goalkeepers Global Goals Award by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in 2020. Apart from this, Prabhu has also been involved extensively in launch/implementation of pan India CSR programs as well as public policy (social impact) programs with global tech corporations as his clients, including Facebook & TikTok.Prabhu is the outgoing curator of the Gurugram Hub of the Global Shapers community (World Economic Forum) and a trained member of The Climate Reality Global Leadership Corps, USA. A finance graduate and a part qualified management accountant, Prabhu is on a mission to create support systems for impact entrepreneurs through SDG-17. Prabhu is passionate to solve for business impact through his problem solving, stakeholder management/partnerships and builder instinct.
