LABCAR AUTOMATION TESTING AND HARDWARE MAINTANANCE• I effectively lead the team of 25 members.• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues relates to ETAS LABCAR Power Train, LC2 and Engine control unit (ECU)• preparing the test bench setup for the different HIL test projects• Responsible for giving training for updated version of software and hardware to the project members. • Responsible for ticket escalation.• Scheduling, managing and executing the calibration of different equipment’s, modules and cards and maintain the documents for the audit process.• Cable Harness validation, modifications and Creation.• Software (INCA, DiagRa, Matlab, ECU Test tool, Experiment environment, LCA, LCO, Start Labcar and Software bundles) installation and setup issue resolving.
