Dynatrace is used to proactively identify the issues and resolve rather waiting for incidents to be raised by Customers. This project is to replace the legacy system used to notify customers in the event of disruption.Responsibilities:• Re-designing the existing legacy system on top of recent Platform. Designing application to reduce the cost involved in making calls to Amadeus.• Conducting technical design event to explain design options to technical assurance team and obtaining approval.• Creating low level design and helping developers to implement the same.• Testing support, release management, release support and live warranty support.• Creating support documentation and handing over the system to Support team after warranty.Technologies used: Spring dependency injection, JMS, MDB, JRULES, Oracle DB and WebLogic.View Customers:Customer information services development using spring web services, for UK based global airline.
