• Assisting in preparing the statements of financial accounts in order to be presented to main accountant to finalize and then to board of directors, shareholders and other statutory and regulatory bodies.
• Keeping records of all financial transactions entering all accounting information in the books of accounts.
• Ensure accounts payable and receivables are processed on time and run debtors report at the end of week.
• Bank reconciliation and month end assistance.
• Monitoring income and expenditure.
