1. Direct the function of the company’s Dispatch Coordinators, Special Projects Coordinator, Logistics Assistant, and Logistics Drivers; therein, provide assertive day to day leadership, management, and guidance;2. Ensure that robust and effective logistics-related safety, security, and regulatory employee training programs are maintained;3. Drive and facilitate the company’s strategy to cultivate a fully engaged workforce.4. Development of quality assurance processes and procedures5. Maintain the order flow of all products and manage the customer delivery process6. Maintain and care for Logistics and Warehousing hub7. Manage the procurement, tracking and reception of materials / products8. Work closely with our worldwide agents regarding order flow process by forecasting delays product issues, or situations that could impact operations9. Evaluate and review the company’s logistics operations business practices, update and develop process documentation, streamline opportunities, and eliminate non-value added activities;10. Drive the development and cultivation of positive business relationships with the company’s logistics customers and vendors; direct pricing and performance reviews in order to identify service and revenue improvement opportunities and to manage costs; 11. Provide leadership support to other company business functions in the development of client solutions and transportation pricing requests;12. Ensure the existence, maintenance, and functioning of an adequate system of internal controls in all functional areas of the department;13. Develop and manage the logistics operations budget and all related fiscal forecasting and planning activities; 14. Drive and facilitate activities that improve coordination and communication within the logistics department and other departments throughout the corporation (e.g. Client Services, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, IT)

1) Work Closely with all the Branch offices leader to checked flash reports & business analysis for weekly performance.2) Provide correction action list to related branch leader.3) Identify the potential market for selected product & Translating customer requirements into well developed & accepted product. 4) All time support to customer for process, quality & productivity improvement. 5) Cost reduction and dead stock conversion in high volume products to increase profitability & confirm the payment terms. (LC or Advance). 6) Provide support to supply chain for evaluation of alternate / cheaper RM’s. Acceptances of Performa invoice & plan the shipment with Production & QC Team.7) Freight negotiation with C&F agents & plan the shipment 8) Making arrangement of labeling, packaging, marking on shipments & arrange examining by Inspection Agency. 9) Preparation Invoice, Packing List, Dispatch Planning & Informed the Appraiser if Shipment is going under SRP. Stuffing the shipment; send the documents to consignee or bank if any. 10) Arrange the Shipping documents through CHA & Clearing the bills of CHA.11) Plan of raw materials and follow up with vendors, Negotiation of rates with vendors & finalization of commercial terms. 12) Close with all the dep’t. As. R&D, Production and reviewing of stocks and quality problems on regular basis. 13) Finalization of import indents from time to time & establishing L/Cs / T/Ts on regular basis. 14) Making the arrangements of procurement of inputs, arrange funds / save duty if any. 15) Ensure proper quality & their timely Shipments. Clearance of import goods & ensure the demurrage charges. 16) Release the payment & process the re-warehousing or home consumption procedure.
