Construction of 9.5ML capacity CWR cum Pump house at Parvati WTP, Pune Planning and execution activities for DMA creation and baselining NRW for each DMA. Assisting in inflow measurement and Pressure management for DMA wise NRW calculation. MNF analysis for Localize the Physical loss area. Planning for regular leak detection activities with latest LD equipment (Noise Loggers, Correlator and Electronic Listening stick and Ground microphone etc) Coordinating Water Meter Installation, Testing, Automated Meter Reading for the entire project. Developing work force and new vendor to improve work progress and for timely completion of the project. Monitoring client billing and regular cash flow of the project to achieve project financial targets. Allocating equipment, manpower, scheduling & planning of execution and coordination with other service departments Leading, mentoring & monitoring a team of 21 Engineers.

Assisting in establishment of DMAs and reduction of NRW in each DMAs both physical losses(leakages) and commercial losses. Coordinating with Team for Design and BOQ preparation in new project. Managing Tenders and Contract agreement and engagement of quality Contractors to execute the job for both water and waste water related infrastructure. Planning and execution of Pipe laying work, construction of ESR and Pump stations. Organizing and supervising of leak detection activities in the DMAs to reduce leakages in a proper systematic approach and with latest leak detection equipment. Managing water meters maintenance both consumer meter and DMA meter Conducting regular maintenance and replacement of old and non-working meters Contributing in network design and modification. Establishing equal distribution of water in terms of quantity and pressure Managing operation and maintenance of Sewage pump station & Sewage treatment plants. Ensuring minimum rain water infiltration to sewage network to increase Sewage treatment efficiency at STPs. Administering repair and maintenance of water distribution network and managing customer complaints Coordinating with the supervisor regarding the efficient maintenance and operation of the all equipment and in the preparation of all reports Allocating equipment, managing breakdown, scheduling & planning of maintenance and coordination with other service departments

 Topographic survey and Pipe alignment survey (with Electronic pipe locator) of the 08 pilot areas. Mapping of above ground and underground assets. Creating DMA and doing flow and pressure measurement for all pilot areas. Leak detection with latest LD equipment (Electronic listening stick and Ground microphone, Leak noise corelator etc.). Supervise the leak repair work and analysis of possible cause of leak occurrence and submission of detail report. Reassessment flow and leak after leak repair.  Water audit according to AWWA/AWA guidelines at both before and after leak repair. Reduction of UFW/NRW.

 Over all responsibility of NRW (Water loss) management in JUSCO, Jamshedpur of 600 km length of distribution network mix (CI, DI, HDPE, Hume Steel etc) in nature. Regular NRW monitoring of Transmission main and in individual DMAs.  High accuracy Electromagnetic water meters has been installed at all DMA (76) inlet. Regular performance monitoring of all bulk meters and necessary analysis of 15 min interval flow and pressure data. 24 hrs flow pattern and MNF(Minimum Night Flow) study for 24x7 DMAs. Hydraulic segregation of each DMA, Fixing of boundary valves and conduct Pressure Zero Test(PZT). Analysis of DMA model in Water GEM(a Bentley Software). Leak management and Proactive Night leak detection with advanced equipments (Ground Microphone, Noise Corelator etc). Conducting STEP Test for leakage identification at night. Deeply focus on the leak repair time and investigate new cost effective solution to reduce leak repair time. Working in a group along with GIS team and Network maintenance team. Any leakage or other loss information captured by Maintenance team is immediately taken care and necessary updating in GIS map. Expert in handling Ultrasonic flow meter/ Insertion probe for flow calculation of unmetered line and also for meter data validation. Establish Water meter Test bench for accuracy testing of domestic water meter and for commercial loss measurement for Water Balancing according to IWA Easy calc. Introducing the AMR (Automated Meter Reading) facility at JUSCO by Handheld terminal and GSM Mobile facility. Which help to reduce the meter reading time and also in NRW monitoring. Deep knowledge in domestic water meter (mechanical multijet type) at all the stages procurement, installation, maintenance and testing as per ISO 4064 :1993. Responsible for designing new water network in Water GEM. And also provide necessary support to the project executer for validating the network after commissioning

 Over all responsibility of 24 hr running Batching plant and Quality control lab. Man management and resource planning for meet the concrete production as per site demand and in required quality. Material (Cement, sand and coarse aggregate, steel etc) testing for acceptance to required quality. Maintaining the laboratory environment up to the satisfaction level of the company. And to comply the entire test schedule as per QAP.  Site visit for quality checking of concrete, mortar, Reinforcement, bricks and others. Certify the soil compaction at site in front of client. Preparation of Design MIX concrete and obtain approval from Client after necessary testing at laboratory.

 Deep involvement in site execution of DI pipe laying project. Man management and resource planning for meet the daily and monthly target of project. Leveling survey of pipe line alignment to provide smooth gradient to water for flowing. Proper handing over to client after Commissioning and Sectional hydro testing and leak identification if any.  Fixing of Sluice valve/Air valve/Scour valve at strategic location and construction of Thrust block at strategic point (TEE, BEND others).
