* Preparation site HSE organization assign as a Safety officer/ HSE Advisor and define their client requirements.* Supporting projects team for safe excution of projects, Advising all projects personnel and subcontactors regarding safe working practices and to develop safety consciousness, Establishment, implementation on safety related issues .* Assist in compliance reviews, risk assements /JHA and other safety assessments to support Health, safety and Environmental management.* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE statistics report.* Participating and Conduct investigations for incidents and accidents occurred and report findings to the management* Attending the weekly site walk through with client to detect unsafe act and condition for the necessary action.* Support/ lead incident investigations and ensure implementation of improvement actionsImplement and follow-up Health and Safety related plans and initiatives* check PPE issued to the site personnel to ensure they are properly worn / used. * Provide appropriate safety signboards & barricade at critical locations or where hazardous activities will be carried out* Closely monitor high risk activities; confined space, Hot Work, lifting activities, work at height etc.* Undertake the daily inspection in responsibility to ensure the implementation of, and adherence to the procedure set out in the HSE site plan, and End User PTW requirements.
