Project Name: DU Telecom.Role - Module LeadThe scope of the project include analysis of business requirements and development of the change requests in Billing, IN, CRM and EAI. The Billing domain indlude BSCS, Credit Monitoring System and many other in-house applications. The development in Billing domain includes both configuration i.e. product creation as well as changes in non-kernel code of CX/CMS of BSCS iX R1. Responsibilities:BSCS Change request delivery, solution development and design validation across all domains i.e. Billing, IN, CRM and EAI.Design discussions with all domain leads for Efficient planning and solution analysis.Solution design discussions with other Managed Service providers like Accenture and TCS.Responsible for implementing Quality processes and working for their continuous improvement in the project.Preparation and analysis of KPI reports, SLA report, Defect RCA, Contract Dashboard and presenting them to the client.Responsible for the complete billing change request delivery and coordination between both onshore and offshore throughout BSCS development Life Cycle as the domain lead for billing domain.
