I have close to two decades of experience in solutions led consulting and sales. As a Management Consultant at Nihilent I have undertaken a number of consulting engagements and have gained expertise in the diverse areas like Change management, Business Intelligence, Project Management, Metrics Management, Business Process Management, Requirements Analysis, Gap Analysis, etcI have worked with client organizations such as SASOL, Multichoice, ABSA Bank, MTN South Africa, Development Bank of South Africa, Standard Bank, Teba Bank, Strate and IndusInd Bank amongst others.More than twelve years as a Lead Consultant my experience spans across Sales, Business planning, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, Strategic planning and implementation at various levels in an organization. In the year 2011, I took up the role of a Snr Manager Business Development at Nihilent. The responsibilities included client prospecting, solution selling, relationship management, business development amongst others. In the year 2014, I relocated to Western Cape to lead the regional operations for Nihilent. Contributed towards strategizing the growth of the region both in terms of growing presence in existing accounts as well as acquiring new logos. Built some key partnerships with OEMs. Was involved in solutioning to a great extent which involved deciphering the problem statement, connecting the relevant stakeholders internally to formulate the solution statement and then packaging the overall proposition. In the year 2016 I returned to Johannesburg to manage the National Sales role and subsequently the Regional Head position. As part of the role, I am responsible for all the key metrics for the company in the region. Own the go to market strategy for all the offerings and solutions that Nihilent has to offer. Also, responsible to ensure that we stay relevant to the changing market dynamics through engagements with stakeholders across the client organization as well as Nihilent. Over the 5 years in this role, have been on-course to establish the positioning of the company as a trusted partner across various areas including Data & Analytics, R&D and technology transformation with our clientele.
