Since then I have done many refurbishments, development of flats, title splits and conversions allowing me to turn my initial £50,000 into over £2 million in equity.With my brother i have created a business with over forty five properties and over one hundred and fifty tenants, which produces over £15,000 per month in net cash flow. Currently, we own properties worth over £5 million with an equity value of over £2 million.I am now looking to use my experience to develop larger projects through FPS Ltd.When working with a JV partner or investing in a person, it is important to know who they are.
