In my role as Supply Chain Lead, contribution to the delivery of SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) for demand and supply planning was recognized with an SCCP award under “exceptional talent”. extending to support the Asset of the future initiative i.e. Plant Simplification (Variety Reductions) and Lake master data gap closure to reduce complexity in Supply chain and working capital, improve Asset performance. On top of regular work like reduce Blocked Stock, improve PR-PO cycle time, Inspire, coach and developing a team to maximize performance, correct rivers first-time and ensuring life-cycle data management.

In my role as CMMS engineer, I made it possible the Project to Asset (P2A) handover to be successful as possible by ensure that trustable Asset and Supply Chain data was delivered on time, made available in system, and operation spares accessible to end users for a sustainable maintenance and efficient supply chain operation achieved by having interpersonal skills, collaborated working with stakeholders, and being known as the go-to person for commissioning/start-up phase Critical Spares demand and accelerating vendor submissions.
