Management Activities:• Day-to-day lead on a growing book of client projects, ensuring automation solutions are delivered on time and within budget.• Full lifecycle management of robotic process automation solutions from initiation to handover• Ensure client stakeholders are managed effectively & updated on progress, with risks and issues managed• Monitoring all aspects of the project lifecycle• Ensuring our robotic process project documentation is fit for purpose and of a consistently high standard across engagements.• Supports projects across the project lifecycle from current state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering, future state design, testing, training, and implementation across the organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions.• Bring strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal). Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.• Enable change through a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.Technical Support: • Manages Level 4 & Level 2 support requests.• Ensure system availability to critical UiPath applications and Environment through Incident and Problem investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.• Provides troubleshooting of the responsible service.• Coordinate activities and communicate with impacted stakeholders as per the incident management process.• Deploy services and enhancements to supported services by agreed procedures.• Analyses Business Requirements for the service they are responsible for.Issue Resolution: • Analyse and resolve software-related problems, including debugging errors, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.• Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve more complex or critical issues, providing detailed information and insights.Training and Onboarding: • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate clients and users on UiPath's best practices, new features, and platform functionality.• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, helping them understand the UiPath platform and its capabilities.Documentation and Knowledge Base: • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.• Contribute to the development of self-service resources that empower users to resolve issues independently.
