Managed multi-group specialties, including manufacturing, marketing and business development, with a keen understanding of the bio-market in India and USA. This is now the 14th year of Premas Biotech, and it has been an amazing journey. Amongst others, Premas has contributed to Oral Insulin’s journey to Late Stage clinical trials, developed 4 more potential therapeutics which are in clinical trials, and most importantly added value to our customers. We have now offices in 4 cities across the globe. Planned and built GMP compliants plants and at present, leading a very competitive GMP compliant site. Delivered over 650 proteins in past few years at various levels.Managed multi-skilled and multi-lingual teams across various functions of a company. Developed extensive links and serviced global pharma companies across various international locations. Part of the implementation team for "Lean Management" in Premas Biotech, or the "Toyota production Process" and possibly, one of the first company in India to do so in the biology sector along with electronic labnotebook for 21CFR part 11 compliant set up.Specialties: Manufacturing in biotech sector, business development, Lean Management, strategic planning.
