Leading a multi-disciplinary research team that produces high quality, analytical and non-partisan research on key legislative, policy and fiscal issues. The research is used by federal and state legislators across the country and is also published for wider citizen awareness. Also leading research briefings and communication with legislators, citizen groups, journalists, other think tanks. Policy issues covered include a wide range of sectors such as technology, public finances, energy and environment, education, public health, and criminal law reforms. Work involves analysing legislative and policy issues, determining broad outline of research briefs, guiding and mentoring the research team on research methodology, writing reports and communication with legislators, editing all key research publications.

- Tracking policies, legislation and government spending in the Urban Development, Transport and Energy sectors.- Prepare analysis of legislation pending in Parliament and conduct research on important policy issues. - Measure the impact of government schemes and spending.- Analyse budgets of various Ministries of the central government, and state governments.- Engaging with MPs and MLAs to help them with research on important policy, legislative and financial matters.
