I’m an aspiring psychologist with a background in software development. I’m passionate about helping people improve their mental well-being and achieve their goals.My journey to psychotherapy was inspired by my own personal experiences and my curiosity about human behavior. After working as a software developer for 9+ years, I decided to pursue a career change that would allow me to make a positive difference in people’s lives.I use a person-centered approach to psychotherapy, respecting and valuing each client’s unique perspective and needs. I also draw from various other modalities, such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, to help clients explore and challenge their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that psychotherapy is a collaborative process that requires trust and openness. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to express themselves freely and authentically.
