I worked in AAC services offered by Nielsen which is said as Advanced Analytic consultancy.Nielsen Analytic Consulting services provide tailored solutions to complex sales and marketing issues such as Promotion optimization, Price strategy, Product portfolio mix, Marketing mix management, Media spending, Retail category optimization, New product development, Brand positioning, Sales forecasting, Trade Performance Management. We help clients around the world address such key business issues. Here I worked in price n promotions segment for P&G. We optimise client pricing and promotion strategy to align with brand and profit goals for their entire product portfolio. I work on simulation models that can predict how various pricing and promotion scenarios will impact sales and profits, and clarify the shopper’s perception of client brand. The approach includ following points:• Review of business issues and context for pricing strategy, along with techniques to capture retailer and consumer perspectives• Simulation and testing for proposed pricing and promotions changes through predictive analytic • Assessing the impact on sales and profitability for manufacturers and retail partners• In-market strategy for retail-account specific pricing and promotions initiatives• Post-analysis of price and promotions strategy of client, and proposing our recommendations. • Communicate expectations and establish deadlines in agreement with team members and business needs.• Manage operational workflow and ensure seamless delivery for both quick turnaround analysis and long term projects.• Deliver well organized data analysis through reporting, dashboards, modelling and trend analysis.• Manage assignments with minimal intervention• Conduct presentations and share analytical results to multiple client side stakeholders.• Direct client interaction – For better understanding & exposure of business objectives & appropriate statistical methods to provide solutions.

• Liaise with BECIL and PIB – Press Operations Staff Recruitment/ Staff deployment/ In-house training/ In-house communication – Circulars, Letters, and Organisational Charts.• Liaise with OC workforce on Games time venue staffing spreadsheets.• Managing the administrative/ Logistics requirements and all staff accreditation from Organising Committee (OC).• Active team member in preparation of Media Hand book for the different events.
