As Head - Human Resources for NETSPIDER® I look at recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.Overseeing Solution Sales across India specializing in Document Management sales I look at regional sales, define financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.Maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.As a brand & image management person who also heads Public & Media relations for NETSPIDER® I am responsible for managing communication between the organization and various media outlets. Monitoring press releases, media event and broadcasts to improve relationships with media sources and journalists to obtain optimum media coverage for the organization. Oversee high-level communication between the organization and its media resources.As a legal counsel for NETSPIDER® I aim to provide expert and strategic legal advice to management , set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors . Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically . Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risksDeal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, politicians, clients. Draft agreements that minimize risks and maximize legal rights .Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas
