Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by patterns—the way the wind rustles through trees, how ants seem to march in perfect formation, or even how my grandmother’s recipes always taste the same no matter how loosely she follows them. That fascination with patterns is what led me to data. It’s like finding hidden trails in a jungle, paths that, once discovered, reveal so much more about the world around us.As a Master’s student in Systems and Technology at McMaster University, I’m constantly drawn to those hidden patterns—whether it’s in large datasets, customer behavior, or the ways technology is reshaping our world. During my time at Trellance, I found myself knee-deep in data pipelines and machine learning models, untangling complexities and transforming raw information into stories that could drive real decisions. Seeing the “aha!” moment on a stakeholder’s face when they understand the insights is something that never gets old for me.But it’s not just about crunching numbers or writing lines of code. For me, it's about connecting the dots—between people, data, and the potential impact. I’ve seen firsthand how data can help businesses make smarter decisions, and I love being part of the process that turns numbers on a screen into meaningful actions.Outside of code and spreadsheets, you'll find me exploring new technologies, diving into open-source projects, and figuring out how all these pieces fit into the bigger picture of innovation. I like to think of data as a puzzle, and I’m excited by the endless possibilities it holds—not just to analyze and predict but to create something new, something impactful, and maybe even a little unexpected.
