This program gave me a taste for some of the challenging problems that Citi tackle each day.My role in this Virtual Internship Program include: A) Segmentation and Ideation Conducting market research and new product development. B) Pitching New Product Idea Presenting the new product idea through a video in order to receive buy in from stakeholders C) Performance Analysis and Insights Using data analysis skills to track the performance of a product in the division and to derive the key trends of the customer base D) Campaign Planning Planning a campaign which will create awareness of the new product, improve intake and stop clients from leaving.
