Summary:• 4+ years of experience in the Recruitment industry with various companies and various domains.• Proficient in using portals like Monster, Dice, Corporate LinkedIn, and Indeed to find jobs for candidates• Good Experience in finding jobs for candidates on the bench by using Zip Recruiter, Career Builder• Responsible for the full cycle of Sales recruitment and end to end recruitment. Good proficiency and knowledge in recruiting and sales techniques such as vendor networking, Job boards, (dice, Monster, Techfetch, Career Builder, etc.) Internet search and Internal Database.• Familiar with the recruitment process and techniques.• Marketing our own H1B, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen Consultants whoever is on our bench.• Reviewing the profiles which are assigned for marketing on Bench.• Uploading the new resumes with new mail ids in all Job portals like Dice, Techfetch, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster and etc.• Constantly updating all the resumes in all job portals.• Applying for the Job openings through the job boards on behalf of the consultant every day.• Posting the HOT list consultants to the close Contacts and Google groups on Daily Basis.• Getting the requirements from Tier-1 Vendors.• Negotiating at the best possible rates for submissions to the client.• Following up with the vendors on feedback after the submission.• Once the resume was shortlisted from the client-side for the interview, co-ordinate with the consultant, vendor, and as well management.• Assist the final process PO and MSA.• Daily interaction with Consultants and vendors• Daily checking Updates on Previous Submissions and trying to collect New Tier-1 vendors.• Highly focused on candidates having experience and knowledge of Python, MySQL, Test Engineer, DBA, Business Analyst, and Test Lead.• Have also worked with tools clients look for in a candidate such as SAS Developer (Software as a Service) and Administration, Network Engineer VoIP, Network Endpoint Security Engineer• Maintain good relations with the vendors as well as the end client for future job requirements• Helping candidates in negotiating payment structure with the vendors and clients
