Joined Amdocs as Subject Matter Expert with Data Migration team, to Migrate Amdocs 5.5 to Amdocs 7.5 Database with Astro, Malaysia, which is DTH services client.Responsibilities: • Interacting with various application teams/client to decide the column level mapping from legacy (Amdocs 5.5) to target system (Amdocs 7.5). • Designing, developing and reviewing the migration scripts to migrate the Billing, Ordering and CRM data from legacy to target system. • Conducting Code review and effort estimation. • Involvement in Business continuity plan. • Performing Code Review and preparing technical document for the same. • Performance tuning of the migration scripts to minimize the migration window.
