Job Profile: Downloading Purchase order from client portal and uploading it to internal portal. Gathering the information regarding the rate and enter to internal portal. Matching internal system’s rate with client portal’s rate Coordinating with recruiters if internal information is not matching with client portal. Responsible for generating the leads and checking the accuracy of data entered in the internal portal. Updating all the entries in excel on daily basis. Pulling weekly report to check the accuracy of the PO. Making daily reports in Excel. Maintaining leave records for the employees and forward the monthly muster report to the Accountant. Giving approval for the payment in internal portal according to the client portal.Responsibilities: Responsible and Handling more than 16 clients PO and Timesheet Uploading Purchase order from client site to internal system. Coordinating with vendors if there are any changes in rates. Coordinating with recruiters if any changes in internal system. Submitting candidates’ hours from client site to internal portal. Distributing the work to the team members and getting it done from them. Solving the work problems of the team members in case any.
