-Designing & implementing the overall recruiting strategy to implement end to end recruitment.-Identifying requirements from all divisional head.-Sourcing & Screening from using Portal , Social Sites, References, Job posting Etc.-Conducting Interviews & Negotiate the salary.-Rolling out Offer Letter to Candidates and Involvement in Other Activities.-Ensuring smooth induction and joining formalities for new Joiners.
