We firmly believe that education has the power to level the playing field and serve as a great equaliser, by promoting holistic child development. With this belief, we reach out to socially-deprived, at-risk children in slums, community centres and orphanages of Odisha.We work to incorporate socio-emotional learning, personal safety education, an understanding of human rights, sustainable development goals, 21st century skills into their curriculum and intend to assist each children's learning and development to become a global citizen and changemaker.Currently we are working with 10 institutions (orphanages, CCIs) and in 4 slum communities. _

Campaigner: My petition asks Odisha Govt for #FreeBusForWomenChangemaker with She Creates Change: A Leadership Program for women leaders who want to create social impact at multiple levels of a system. It combines experiential and online learning in an intensive program where citizen-led social change philosophy meets campaigning expertise.

Worked with the Office of Reena Gupta, National Spokesperson of Aam Aadmi Party.Supported in consolidating documents for the design and formulation of Climate Education program to be implemented in Delhi Government Schools.

The CPL Fellowship is a part-time program that lasts for one year and is aimed at individuals interested in developing their skills in public policy. The program includes lectures, discussions, and pre-work assignments covering key policy areas. The program culminates in a Capstone Project. The fellowship focuses on developing both conceptual understanding and practical skills in areas such as multi-party negotiation, design thinking, advocacy, evidence-based decision-making, leadership, communication, public speaking, and persuasive writing.

At the Office of MP Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu-awarded as the top 10 performing MPs in India.Responsibilities included Framing questions for question hour and zero hour; Legislative research for bills introduced in parliament; Budget analysis for AY 2022-23.

Worked as a Research Assistant for the dissertation project “Can innovation be taught in schools? Experimental evidence from India” under the supervision of Saloni Gupta, a doctoral candidate at Teachers College, Columbia University. Evaluated the innovation potential of 350 product ideas submitted by students studying in social welfare and tribal welfare schools in Telangana.
