Job Profile:• Handling of legal and contractual issues relating EPC project contracts & executions;• Vetting/drafting of construction/ EPC contracts and handling the legal and contractual issues pertaining to projects;• Drafting of notices, replies, claim letters, legal and commercial documentations ;• Looking into contract management and regulatory/compliance issues, claims /change orders management;• Looking into company’s litigation and arbitration issues * Vetting of Performance Bank Guarantee, Advance Bank Guarantee, Tender documents.* drafting contract agreements, leave & License agreements, * Managing legal team effectively. * Managing the standard draft for LOA (Letter of Award), WO (Work Order), PO (Purchase Order), SO (Service Order) .

 Drafting all types of Legal Documents and legal agreements and sale deeds etc.  Liasioning in various government departments. Applying for Sanad, forest departments, mutations, partitions, land survey departments, Town and Country planning, , Planning and development authority.  Preparing affidavits, power of attorneys, applying for Nil Encumbrance.  Handle all communication with advocates for in terms of legal. & review and negotiate terms and conditions and ensure quality checks for the agreement drafts.

 Drafting Agreement for Sale cum Construction, Leave license Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Development Agreements, Sale Deeds etc.  Coordinating with the in house team in legal documentation Coordinating with the customer and clients herein Co-coordinating with Advocates. Preparing Demand Letters i.e. for collection of money from clients based on slab wise construction.  Provide legal opinion to the team present in Goa office as well as to the Directors in Bombay.

 Drafting of all transaction and contract related documents from a legal perspective. Interface with advocates and solicitors on the behalf of Company to handle litigation, obtain legal advice and legal services, preparing due diligence. Drafting Leave license agreements, Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Development Agreements, Sale Deeds etc. Provide legal support in drafting and vetting of sale / purchase agreements, Lease / Leave license agreements, (MOUs), coordinating with the in house team in legal documentation, external interface with customers

 Dealt with the legal matters.Special cases are related to 138 i.e. N.I.A. Managed with various consumer dispute matters, Civil as well as Criminal matters. Dealt with various Civil as well as Criminal matters along with Panchayat matters etc. in HighCourts and other Lower Courts
