I show you how to live a healthy life using traditional Indian lifestyle, food, and habits. Over the last 5 years, I have been researching traditional Indian food and recipes. I wanted to know why our ancestors were so healthy, but there are so many lifestyle diseases now in India. A hidden agenda was to find food and traditions to keep my family healthy and happy. As I talked to experts in Ayurveda, nutrition, our elders and doctors, I realized that there is so much knowledge about food in India. But it’s getting lost because there is not much documentation about it.I was analysing everything with my science and engineering knowledge. I got many food items tested by labs to verify information I found. Based on this, I started adjusting my and my family’s diet. I also noticed how I felt energized after changing my diet. I lost a few kgs, became slimmer and fitter. Soon, friends and neighbours were asking me about what I was doing. There was a big demand for my sweets and savoury products and A2 Ghee. But the Pandemic put a stop to it all. So, I decided to start a blog to share my knowledge and recipes. I started HappyBharat.com in early 2021. As head of training and engineering, I managed all software development and training delivery. I helped businesses conceptualize and develop applications that met their business needs.I managed our partnership with the Manipal Group, Microsoft and IBM’s BPO division.We delivered custom training to new employees of IBM’s F&A BPO business for several years. This included design, development, and delivery of training programs. I designed and developed a No-Code mobile app development tool for Windows Mobile and Android platforms when No-code was not a thing. Over 1000 apps were published on app stores by students using our platform. We conducted several Microsoft Azure workshops for startups in Karnataka and Tamilnadu to help them get started with the platform. This also involved helping startups take advantage of the Microsoft BizSpark program. We also developed and licensed multiple training programs to the Manipal Group (ProLearn). The programs were used by thousands of students. We also delivered training programs at several engineering colleges across India. Trainedge also conducted training programs for individuals in Bangalore and Lucknow.
