Ticket Classification and Recommendation-• Created a Machine Learning Based Model that automated the process of mapping service tickets to the respective field offices. This resulted in reducing the turn around time for complain resolution by 32% .• Implemented a Neural network architecture comprised of LSTM and Attention Mechanism layers for the Ticket Classification task.• Implemented Bayesian Optimization for hyperparameter tuning using the keras tuner library.• Used Universal Sentence Encoder to generate embedding to build a recommendation engine that would suggest similar ticket items.
